Some people do not have bowel movements every day. It depends on many factors including dietary intake, physical activity level, etc. Everyone has their own baseline and,as long as there are no symptoms like abdominal discomfort, pain when having a bowel movement, the frequency of bowel movement is likely fine. See your doctor if you are having symptoms of constipation or if your frequency changes

There are many people who do not have bowel movements every day. The frequency of bowel movements varies depending on genetics, diet, medication, and other medical problems. In general, a diet with a lot of fiber and good hydration is usually a good idea. But if you don’t go every day, don’t worry about it unless it is an acute change. Good luck.
