If sex happened less than 72 hours ago and you do not want to be pregnant, it would be prudent to take plan B (emergency contraceptive). If you have missed any scheduled dose of your birth control, then you open the possibility of getting pregnant whether you had unprotected sex for a minute or days. A minute of unprotected sex is also all it takes to contract an STD, even if you have been on schedule with your pills. There is no significant interaction between antibiotics and birth control but antibiotics don't work on colds.
