Normal women who have predictable cycles occasionally skip a cycle. A urine pregnancy test is usually accurate by 3 weeks after an exposure or at the time of missed menses. When the delay exceeds 60=90 days OBGYNs will often prescribe meds to bring on menses. You can wait for now or confer with your doc.
