I have history from fall 20ft on ice on my butt and have throbbing and pulsating in my hip. i also have left si fusion and left hip bursitis. is the trochanter bursitis pulsating or throbbing? i also keep getting blood in my urine comes and goes?

What you described warrants an in-person evaluation and you should see your doctor at your earliest. Bleeding from any opening is a cause for investigation.
