Started using hailey 24 fe birth control pill on the morning of april 3rd. i have been taking it each morning since then at 9am. i am wondering, can this pill cause period like cramping that comes and goes as i adjust to the pills? is this normal?

If you took your "Hailey24" bcp's on the 2nd or third day of an anticipated period, the cramping may require seeing your GYN physician for an exam and testing. If you started your bcp's at a random time, the bcp's may not have prevented ovulation, and the cramps may be from the post-ovulation decrease in estrogen.
