I agree with the above but in addition to those mentioned proper cleansing of the rectal area is imperative. Unfortunately, many women do not cleanse themselves properly after urinating , they are wiping from back to front and then wonder why they develop frequent UT Infections. Simple teaching can prevent many infections.
