How long does the i-pill works or is effective after taking it ? if someone have unprotected after 7-8 hours of taking i-pill will she have to take it again or the one she took before the contact works for this one too?

Should be taken within 72 hours of unprotected SI, so you took it within the recommended time range, also emergency contraceptive is still moderately effective if used within 5 days, but better to take it ASAP after unprotected SI. Good Luck.
