Probably a sebaceous cyst, which can occur anywhere on the body -- that it happened to be on the penis doesn't mean anything important. Sebaceous cysts are so common that they can be considered a normal skin structure. The spot probably is now irritated. Leave it alone and let it heal, then see a doctor if it remains prominent after a few weeks. Or any time if it becomes red and irritated.

Apply hot compresses to the open site . That should abstract any remaining infection. Calm down as it does not seem serious. Good Luck
