: If "protected sex" means condoms were used, and there was no tear in the condom, pregnancy is unlikely, but if your period is delayed, obtain a serum HCG test to be certain. See your GYN physician for an exam, as discharge and spotting (blood) can be due to cervical inflammation, irritated by sexual activity.
