The answer doesn't change. Pregnancy requires that fertile sperm get inside the female genitals, traverse the vagina to enter the cervix & go from there to the fallopian tubes. Sperm require a selectively perfect environment to survive & their mobility is very limited. Only you can decide that sperm somehow got inside, we cannot, if it did you could get pregnant. If not you won't.
