No: if she was in the 3rd day of her menses it would be highly unlikely and probably impossible. As far as your pre-ejaculate on her underwear causing pregnancy that is also impossible because the pre-ejaculate , which has viable sperm, could not have gotten into her vagina and then up into her uterus which was shedding its lining.
