32 male and sex drive very low , and when the drive is there my penis is not that strong - what can be the reason ? i did a full body check a few weeks ago and all was fine - why am i struggeling all of a sudden - i am very worried !

Low Libido : Please see your doctor. Most times in a healthy young male the cause is psychological but get medical conditions ruled out first. Self-consciousness can interfere w/spontaneous natural processes. So can fatigue. A clinical psychologist can help. Peace and good health.
