Im currently on the birth control minigyon. the pill free week started last thursday and i was to get my period on monday but its not there. i saw some brown discharge but it wasnt blood seeing it was missed with mucus. could i be pregnant?

"Minigynon" bcp ?: Minigynon is a combination oral bcp, and depending on whether you did not start on time, or skipped some active pills, pregnancy is always "possible". A "brown discharge" may be appropriate for the type of "period" associated with low dose oral bcp's, but to be certain about pregnancy, obtain a serum HCG test.
