Ejaculation pain: Not uncommon. Can be due to sexually transmitted infections such as chlamydia or trichamonas or non STI prostatitis or prostatic enlargement. Also stone in seminal vesicals or ejaculatory duct. Can be psychologiucal, especially if pain present during intercourse but with masturbation. Best to consult urologist specializing in erectile and ejaculatory dysfunction.
