Good day, i am currently pregnant and i've noticed i have cuts around my vagina area. they are concerning me because they are not going away and i wonder why i have them, please help what can i do? and my discharge has now changed from thick to thin

Need to examine: For the sake of your and your baby's health, you should be under the care of a doctor, preferably an obstetrician. It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It would be prudent to see a doctor.
