Very unlikely: If you have been taking pills on time and not skipping any days, you should have a low chance of getting pregnant. Also, you had sex 4 days prior to starting your 3rd pack, which should have been well after when you would have ovulated. If in doubt, do a pregnancy test, but you should be fine.
