I vomited before i took my birth control by 1 hour can the stomach destroy the birth control if vomited 1 hour before taking the pill and lose it effectiveness?

Missing active bcp: Even if vomiting eliminated one active bcp, your contraception will still be effective. When taking the 7 days of placebos, there is no hormonal content, so "missing" one active pill might produce mild bleeding in a day or so, but will not interfere with your birth control.
