Hard to guess: Anything is possible in life, but people seldom get pregnant with "precum." "Precum" is already a nebulous concept, but adding the idea of "wet spots on clothing" pretty much makes it an unknowable, unimaginable issue. A home urine pregnancy test is very accurate by 3 weeks after sexual activities. Tests are sold everywhere.
