It does not: Glutathione/l-cysteine does not lower liver enzyme levels, except in limited pathological states. Otherwise it is not doing you any good. Do not take it without talking to your doctor, especially the one who prescribed your birth control.
Have a healthy diet, exercise 30 minutes/day, drink plenty of water, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs.
