State of Mind: Sexual attraction and desire is a "state of mind" issue. If there is no engagement with the relationship, desire is not forth-"coming". In females, everything is 'internal" to them as opposed to "external" in males who are better able to compartmentalize. Vaginal dryness can be eased by engaging in extended foreplay to allow Mother Nature to start the lubrication process or use lubricants. (K-Y)
