My lower stomach has randomly been sticking out and i havent been eating a lot and have been semi active. im not sure why it randomly happened so fast. is it hormonal? i am on birth control

Some thoughts...: It can be hard to tell if a teen is pregnant because some of the symptoms seen in early pregnancy can also happen in non-pregnant women. A urine pregnancy test gives a reliable result 3 weeks after sex (3 weeks after when conception might have occurred), or 1 week after missing a period. One's primary care doctor (such as a pediatrician for a teen) can check things out if negative on the test.
