Mini Progesterone: You are on a mini progesterone pill which can stop your periods for a couple of months. But if you don't have periods more than two months, your doc needs to switch you to another pill. Chronic amenorrhea (no periods) puts women at risk for osteoporosis (thinning of the bones.)
