A member asked:

Ive never had sex so could it still be a yeast infection and why is my white discharge clumpy?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Yes: The yeast often originated as chance contamination from fecal matter. It represents about 5% of the dry weight of poop & the close nature of the anus to the vagina makes some random cross contamination common. The yeast lives off the sugar present in vaginal fluids & the moisture it brings.
