I am 48 yrs & i took dufaston the last 2 months for my period.now i had my period with pain in ovaries &on both sides of my low back.i noticed a big blood clote coming out from vagina like the shape of a horseshoe.pain persisted on my 3rd day.help?

Dufaston: This is a progestin product. This will encourage you to slough off endometrium. I would expect this to improve with regular use. Not uncommon for blood in vagina to form large looking clots.
