I have a problem with masterbation. i normally finish it within a hour, but recently it seems to take 4 or 5 hours. i'm constantly trying keep it up but when mind gets bored of the "material" and can't keep it up constantly and i swear more also.

Quit: Your body is telling you to take a break. This is not a problem. Do some other activities like physical activity or use that energy to do a constructive activity. Pornographic material is boring. The act can be selfish and inhibit havomg a relationship with a partner. Sex is best linked to love and desire. Turning the act into a tournament is not the thing to do.
