BCP ?'s: "Lessina" is a combination oral contraceptive. If taken regularly (within the same hour each day) it is almost 100% protective against prenancy. If your "period" did not occur while off of the active pills of Lessina, and pregnancy is possible (especially if you missed starting the next pack of Lessina the day after the placebo pills ended). Obtain a serum HCG test to be certain.
