Bleeding: Birth control pills typically have a certain amount of estrogen and progesterone in them. So bleeding is from either too much estrogen and too thick endometrium or too little and the lining gets thin and bleeds. Talk to your provider, your strategy may be correct, but perhaps another pill combo may help.
