How long should you wait to have sex after using boric acid vaginal suppositories?

Caution: The suppository dissolves in minutes. The boric acid would or could be irritating to your partner, especially if some type of sore to the genitals. It is also toxic if taken orally so would recommend no oral sex. I can not find any specific data or articles on how partners are effected. However, I can not find any specific literature saying sex is prohibited.
