Clitoral pain: Yes, the clitoris can be "broken". Just like an engorged penis can be "broken" when it is erect and engorged with blood. The spaces in the clitoris that provide the engorgement and sensitivity can be disrupted.("broken") by trauma. An evaluation is needed by a GYN MD to determine the extent of the potential "injury."
