Discharge? STD?: Are you having uncontrolled urine leakage? If so, that's probably more important than the color. Alternatively, if the green stain is from abnormal discharge from your penis, and if you're sexually active, you have an STD -- gonorrhea, chlamydia, or nongonococcal urethritis (NGU). In any case, get medical care ASAP. Good luck!

Agree with Dr. H: One additional issue to consider is that your bilirubin is elevated as often happens in viral hepatitis. It is imperative that you see your doctor at the earliest. If you have any other symptoms, like, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, fever or weakness, go the emergency room of a hospital.
