A member asked:

Can taking citalopram 20 for more than 2 years affect testicles and sperm count and reduce it to 9 million sperms?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Yes: SSRI's have been found to cut a man's sperm count by 50 percent. Chronic stress and depression also can lower a man's level of testosterone, which in turn can decrease his sperm count.
