Depends: Pinworms are a trivial condition caused by a small threadlike worm that lays eggs in the anal crack. The goo that the eggs are laid in causes a rash/itching that spreads the eggs. People get PW's by eating the eggs, not through sex. I suppose you would be exposed, depending on what you mean by sex, but it is not considered a STD.
