Absolutely: Damage to the inner surface of the vagina such as dryness, or friction during sex or an infection of the vagina or cervix , a STD, endometrial or cervical polyps, cervical erosion or cancer can cause a bleeding during sex. You need to see your gyn in person.

Bleeding after sex : Irregular bleeding is one of the most common problems obgyns treat. If this is one time problem it usually resolves on its own. If this is a recurring problem you should be evaluated. Infections, polyps, fibroids and hormonal changes can cause spotting. There are many options available to help regulate the menstrual cycle.
