Sure: Always a chance. Life is full of possibilities. There are some little bumps that a guy can have on his penis that are not herpes. Some bumps are a bit whitish, some are flesh colored, but such bumps are not blisters and do not break open, nor dry up and heal up like herpes blisters do. Thus, if the same penis, a week later, has the EXACT, IDENTICAL bumps still there... it should not be herpes.
