Small chance: Taking emergency contraceptive pills (such as i-Pill or Plan-B) can alter the timing of the current cycle's vaginal bleeding and the upcoming cycle. One should check a home urine pregnancy test 3 weeks after taking emergency contraceptive pills. Emergency contraceptive pills work most of the time but not all of the time.
