You may have: an infection which has changed your period intensity. Or it may be your body adjusting to the contraceptive which you have taken for 2 months. First thing you need to make sure of is that you are not pregnant, since oral contraceptives are good but not 100% proof. Then if this continues past 1 week I would see a GYN soon to figure out whether you can switch OCP. Good luck.
