Wouldn't lose sleep: You can overdo any action during such activities to the point you scuff/abrade/tear skin. These surfaces are populated with nerve endings (which is why you sense pleasure). These same nerve endings can give irritation or pain. The tissue is relatively forgiving & will self heal if you leave it alone & keep it clean. If it worsens rather than improving over several days get checked.
