Pregnancy unlikely: A woman is not pregnant if she got a negative pregnancy test, unless she just conceived within the past week. Home pregnancy tests are very accurate and not affected by foods, herbs, common illnesses, sexually transmitted diseases, or medications. A normal woman with regular cycles can just wait for her next cycle and check a home urine test if that next cycle is also missed.
