Can a person still get herpes even if he or she use a latex condom?

Yes: Condoms do not cover all of the genital surfaces that can be exposed during sex. Fluids that could carry the germs may contact and seed these areas. Condoms are a good product in general but do not stop all STD's or eliminate all risk involved.
