More info needed: Is he growing well? Is he voiding and stooling? Are you trying to feed him on a schedule or letting him feed on demand?
I would be reassured if he is growing peeing and pooping and just wants to feed on his time.
If you are still concerned have the doctor check him.

Yes: Some of your symptoms can be related to pregnancy, but if your period is not late it is less likely. You should get a pregnancy test done to be sure.
