Not if taking OCP: If you're taking birth control pills (also referred to as oral contraceptive pills or ocps) as directed, then you shouldn't get pregnant regardless of pre-cum or not. But if you're not using some form of contraception (patches, shots), then yes, you can get pregnant from pre-cum which is why withdrawal method isn't reliable. Plus, if you don't/he doesn't use condom, you risk catching/giving stds.
