Difficult to tell: This is a very difficult question to answer, because dreams can sometimes seem very real, but you also don't want to make assumptions or jump to conclusions. I would suggest, if possible, talking to people who knew you when you were a kid and seeing if they can shed light on the fuzzy memories or dream you are remembering.
