Hmmm...: I'm assuming you are referring to the ph of your urine? A urinary ph of 8 is high, but inconsequential if you aren't having issues with utis or stones. A ph of 4 would be very acidic, as the lower end of normal is about 5.5. Why are you shooting for this ph goal?
