Either option is ok : If Rigevidon ocp has 21 days of active pills followed by 7 placebo pills, then you can take one placebo pill per day for the last Seven days of the pack or just wait seven days before starting the next pack. If you would prefer to not get a period, then you just start A new pack the day after finishing your last (21st) active pill. Be aware you may have more Spotting days with continuous use.
