Swelling: some increase in vasculature and hormonal stimulation during pregnancy will cause some swelling of the labia during pregnancy. If there is no pain or sign of inflammation or infection, then I would likely attribute to normal pregnancy changes. Discharge or itching would indicate a possible infection or sensitivity or allergy.
