Probably not: Taking emergency contraceptive pills (such as i-Pill or Plan-B) can alter the timing of the current cycle and the upcoming cycle. One should check a urine pregnancy test 3 weeks after taking emergency contraceptive pills. That said, if her menstrual cycle stays regular, and her normal periods keep coming, then she is not pregnant.
