Pregnancy possible: Morning after pills can alter one to two menstrual cycles after taking them. Morning after pill is 95% effective in preventing pregnancy if taken within 24 hours of unprotected sex. As pregnancy is still possible important to take a home pregnancy test or go to doctor for urine pregnancy test.
