Low risk: What you described does not put you at high risk, unless you have had anal sex with other men. In any case you should get a HIV nucleic acid test in about 6 months. If that test result is negative, you could consider yourself free of HIV, unless you get additional exposures.

This is very risky behavior, specially knowing the person was HIV+ve. Any fluid from HIV +ve person is infective. I would asvise testing to make sure.
