Not really: Compliant birth control pill use is 99% effective in pregnancy prevention. STD may always be a risk but much less likely in a monogamous relationship where both partners have been tested for STD. Condom use is an added layer of protection but given the significantly low rate of pregnancy on BCP, addition of condoms really doesn't change the rate of pregnancy.
