Have an exam: This can not be properly evaluated without seeing the bumps. A pathological study of the lesions may than be necessary. A complete history is also needed. Due to the sensitive nature of this problem I suggest a physical exam in a clinic or office as soon as possible by a clinician. I wish you well with your health.
